This is surely the best small hotel, competent staff, exceptional rooms. The venue is situated in the countryside location in many pubs across the country. The bets part that it's not far from the restaurant, Bourne and Stamford. The beds are very clean to sleep on. Cereals and croissants for breakfast are a plus.

Family with children will love it
The food here is really good, we had the homemade bread at breakfast which was just out of this world. The staff are really involved, they take the time to ensure you feel welcomed and taken care of.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly you get what you pay for.

The presentation of the locally shot pheasant for dinner was exquisite, and the warm ambiance with the log fire created a memorable experience during our stay.

Not quite the cozy night I hoped for
The beautiful room was super tiny-way smaller than expected. Tried to enjoy dinner, but had to sit in the loud bar area and the food wasn't great. Young staff were friendly, tho! A real letdown with the mattress, was like sleeping on a rock.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We enjoyed the Auberge Supper. The pheasant and pecan tart were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, it can get warm inside, so dress accordingly. Don't miss the lovely dining experience here.
I noticed that the room we stayed in had a very small bed, uncomfortable for a taller person.

This place was amazin! The food was so yum n made from local produce, you can really taste it. The staff were super lovely n helpful. Our room was perfect, comfy and well-equipped, with everything we needed. Breakfast was also really good, especially the fresh pastries!
Only thing is the room got pretty warm n there was no fan or cooling. The wifi was a bit spotty.

The Hayloft room was nice and cozy. It had a lounge area for chilling out, a cool touch. And the high-quality fixtures really stood out. The bed was comfy enough, but I could see how some might prefer something softer. The decor was bright and fresh since it had a recent makeover, definitely added to the feel. Just a bit noisy from the bar, but it wasn't too bad.
